Holding poses just a little longer and letting them grow. Focusing on the feeling of it all. - I’ve become much stronger and flexible during this process. Now that I workout with Kettle bells, I’ve gained 4-5lbs. I feel heavier than normal, but in a good way. I keep you updated as mush as my brain will allow. 🌺
