Smooth sailing at the Sandbar Party⛵️☀️ Northern Territory police say the Sandbar Party, off Cullen Bay, ran smoothly with only one person arrested from the event this year. Police estimate there were about 700 attendees and a large number of vessels at the tidal sandbar.
