ORCAS!!! On Tuesday we enjoyed prolonged views of a pod of four Orcas in Bressay Sound. The pod comprised one huge adult male, two females and a tiny calf only a few months old! As one of the co-authors of the Scottish Orca Photo ID catalogue Hugh is pretty certain they are 'new' animals which have not previously been documented in Scottish waters. Certainly one of the highlights for our Ultimate Shetland group so far this week and well worth delaying the group dinner and making the journey sout
