This wedding cake inspired by the beautiful “Blue and White Porcelain” pattern. The technique we used involves applying semi-tempered chocolate onto the back of an edible image and then sticking it onto the cake. By using a scraper, we eliminate any air bubbles, resulting in a perfectly flat and straight finish. It’s important to start with a super straight cake for the best results.
