Don't forget that one of the things the Human Torch excels best at is crowd control. Strategically placing Blazing Blasts and connecting them via Pyro Prison is an excellent way to cut off members of the enemy team (especially the backline/healers).

Storm and Human Torch’s team-up combo is incredibly strong, but the strategy has a major counter that may not be immediately apparent.

The Human Torch is most effective in claiming space with area-of-effect attacks, able to connect up to four points on the field to create a firewall that does hefty damage over time to anyone within the perimeter.
