Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday that he "is not a dictator" and is willing to give up his leadership of the country in exchange for Ukraine's membership into NATO, after insults by Donald Trump.

It was not clear if the Ukrainian leader was serious or if he was just reacting to attacks against him from Washington and Moscow. He also pushed back against a minerals deal proposed by the United States.
