Garrett Crochet recorded four strikeouts in his Red Sox spring training debut, leaving the mound happy with his start.

It was a short outing with a couple of hiccups, but Red Sox fans should be excited. The lefthander went 1 2/3 innings, throwing 27 pitches, three short of his 30-pitch limit. Crochet allowed three hits and walked a batter, but limited the damage with his dominant fastball, striking out four.
