Teton County is a county in the U.S. state of Montana. As of the 2020 census, the population was 6,226. Its county seat is Choteau. The county was founded in 1893. According to the United States Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 2,293 square miles, of which 2,272 square miles is land and 20 square miles is water.
