To get up to the restaurant you have to pay to ride the elevator up to the restaurant which is also where the observatory is. You can line up downstairs to get your ticket on the day your reservation is, or you can buy your tickets online in advance via the WTC website.
Is there a separate entrance for the restaurant? Or do we enter same way as visiting OWO? And would we have to purchase a OWO ticket? Hope this makes sense.

Hi When we went, you had to get a ticket for owo and there wasn’t a separate entrance It was unbelievably busy and u need to allow enough time Teresa
It's our 25th wedding anniversary in August this year and we are looking for somewhere memorable with good food and service to celebrate. Would you recommend this place for a special occasion? Also, is there a dress code?

I think it would be a fantastic and memorable place.....the Loeb Boathouse in Central Park would also offer a tremendous experience.
